Brandon Joel Anderson

Brandon Joel Anderson of Corpus Christi, Texas passed away unexpectedly on Friday, July 8, 2022 at the age of 15.

Brandon was born in Corpus Christi, Texas on December 11, 2006 to Christopher and Karen.

He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Kenneth Roberts; grandmother, Lori Anderson, and his stepfather, John Pierce.

Left to to cherish his memory are his parents, Christopher Anderson and Karen Pierce (formerly Karen Anderson); step-mother, Melinda Anderson; brother, Michael Anderson; step-brothers, Daniel Montejano and Kyle Pierce; step-sisters, Gabriella Montejano and Kyra Pierce; great grandmother, Mimi Perry; grandparents, Joel & Nellie Anderson and Linda Roberts; step grandparents, Luis & Mary Deleon, Jr. and Joe & Paula Pierce, as well as many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, family and friends.

Brandon was on the Calallen Varsity Swim Team and a member of The High Performance Aquatic Swim Club. Throughout his accomplished and active life, he played soccer, baseball, football, was a Boy Scout, a member of River Hills 4-H Club, an avid kart racer, BMX racer, welder and wakeboarder. He achieved a Tenderfoot in Boy Scouts. He played football for Calallen Middle School in 7th and 8th Grade. He had a love for racing, and won many track championships. He was intelligent, energetic, funny, and caring to all who knew him.

In lieu of flowers the family is requesting that memorial contributions be made in Brandon’s name to be sent to Grace United Methodist Church at 14521 Northwest Blvd, Corpus Christi, TX 78410.
