Beverly Pemberton

Beverly Joan Pemberton, age 78, of Corpus Christi, Texas passed away July 8, 2016. Beverly was born December 7, 1937 in Lima, Ohio to Merlin C. and Alice Rebecca “Reba” Morris. Beverly loved being with her family at gatherings and on holidays. She loved cooking, the outdoors and shopping. She was preceded in death by her parents and is survived by her loving husband, Jimmy Pemberton of Corpus Christi, Texas; a son, Manuel Vasquez of San Antonio, Texas; grandchildren, Miguel Vasquez and Joel Vasquez;������������������ sister, Christina Brewer; brother, Gene C. Morris. Visitation with the family will be on Monday, July 11, 2016 from 2:00 to 9:00 P.M. at Sawyer-George Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday, July 12, 2016 at 10:30 A.M. in the Sawyer-George Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in the Coastal Bend State Veterans Cemetery.
