Amelia Hernandez

Amelia Hernandez was preceded in death by her husband, Jose Hernandez, they were married 70 years. Two sons, Jose Hernandez, Jr. and Rudy Hernandez. She is survived by her daughter, Angela Woods and husband Jewel; son, Cruz Hernandez and wife Diane. 14 Grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren. Visitation will be on Tuesday, April 23, 2019 from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. at Sawyer-George Funeral Home with a Rosary will be recited at 7:00 P.M. in the Sawyer-George Funeral Home Chapel. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 9:30 A.M. Wednesday, April 24, 2019 at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church. Burial will follow at 11:00 A.M. in the Coastal Bend State Veterans Cemetery.
