Alexander Rosas

Alexander J. Rosas passed away on Saturday, June 18, 2016, at the age of 57. He enjoyed his profession as a welder, barbecuing, and spending quality time with his family and many friends. Alexander was the owner and operator of Rosas Welding Service in Odem, Texas. Alexander is preceded in death by his father, Gilberto Rosas and brothers Gilberto Jr., and Rolando Rosas. He is survived by his mother, Betty Rosas; his children, Laura Solis (Kris), Alexander (Jade) and Vanessa Rosas; his grand children, Adrien, Christina, and Ian; his brothers, Gilberto and Eddie (Jennifer) Rosas and his sisters, Norma (Benito) Gonzales, Esmeralda McElhaney, and Diana (Tom) Matula; and many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM Wednesday, June 22, 2016 with a Rosary at 7:00 PM Wednesday, June 22, 2016. at Sawyer-George Funeral Home. The family would like to extend their sincerest gratitude to Alexander’s providers and caregivers from New Century Hospice for their kindness and service during his illness.
