Albert John Baca went to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Friday, January 14th, 2022 surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Orange Grove, Texas on April 9, 1931 to John and Mary Baca. He was the oldest of two children.

His love of growing things would continue for the rest of his life. He never met a plant that didn’t flourish under his green thumb, always tending a bountiful garden and was generous to a fault.
